The AI Assistant feature in Prospect Falcon helps you save time while eliminating writer's block and manual data entry by helping you create Direct Messages [DMs], Company Summaries, Intros, and Subject Lines.
AI Assistant Options to Help Eliminate Time-Sucking Tasks
The AI Writing Assistant offers a variety of options to help you save time and eliminate writer's block. These include:
Direct Messages - You can eliminate the need to spend time on creating personalized outreach messages.
Company Summaries - You can eliminate the need to research companies, create notes, and enter them into your CRM.
Intro Creator - So you can stop trying to figure out how to break the ice with your prospect.
Subject Line Generator - You can stop manually creating and tweaking every subject line.
With these options, you can easily eliminate many time-consuming tasks of being in sales or running an agency. This means you can spend more time focusing on what matters - closing deals and growing your business.
How does the AI Assistant work?
The AI Assistant uses advanced algorithms and machine learning to analyze the information gathered from your Business Profile and what it learns about your prospect from their website and LinkedIn profile. It can also learn from your edits and feedback to provide more accurate and customized suggestions.
How do you use the AI Assistant?
First, you'll want to be able to familiarize yourself with the location of the basic options available as part of the AI Assistant. To the right of the business (Company Search) or person's name (People Search), you will notice three icons:
The first option is to create a Direct Message [DM].
The second one is for the option to generate a Company Summary.
The third one is for the option to generate a Subject Line.
The third option is to generate an Intro.
Can you generate these options in bulk?
Yes, generating all three of these options in bulk is possible. To do this, you will want to select all the search results you want to have the AI Assistant generate, such as a company summary, intro, or subject line. Then, select the AI generate option for bulk actions.
💡Please Note
This bulk feature only works if you have input your OpenAI API Key for GPT4 or higher in the OpenAI API section under Integration. It also must be a paid version of OpenAI to use this feature. Otherwise, you can update each search result manually, one at a time, with a free version of OpenAI.
What other options are available for the AI Assistant?
The AI Assistant also comes with more advanced features, like Fine Tuning the prompts based on the different Lists you've created.
